The object of the Scramble Squares® puzzle game is to arrange the nine colorfully illustrated square pieces into a 12" x 12" square so that the realistic graphics on the pieces' edges match perfectly to form a completed design in every direction. The full 9-piece puzzle creates an enormous number of possible combinations in a 3 piece x 3 piece pattern, but only one possible solution! An educational panel of information on the subject matter of the puzzle, is on the back of the header card along with a trivia quiz. Scramble Squares: Bears Specifications
They're cute and cuddly as stuffed playmates, but in the wild the bears that adorn this version of Scramble Squares are among the most powerful creatures on earth. Easy to Play, but Hard to Solve is the motto for this deceptively simple-looking puzzle. By the time you've become addicted and find yourself unable to solve the thing, you'll realize it's not so much a motto as a warning. Nine colorfully illustrated cardboard 4-by-4-inch squares depict various unfinished images of polar bears, brown bears, and black bears along their edges. The images must be matched and the nine squares arranged in a larger square.
